On April 20th I sent mail art to Yulia in Irkutsk, Russia. Well it arrived today and lifted her spirits, just as mine was when I received her booklet. She posted a photo on her IUOMA web page. An unexpected and beautifully composed postcard arrived recently from Angie and her Corgi, Snooky of Wisconsin--a lot closer than central Russia.
